We are now looking for an Operations Support Associate to support our Operations Team to handle operational queries from the Customer Solutions Team.
You will bridge communications between the Customer Solutions Team and the Operations Team and work with our team of Operations Associates to ensure we resolve customers’ issues in a timely manner.
Support the Customer Solutions Team by handling operational queries
Resolve issues independently or with the help of our team of Operations Associates
Provide solutions to the Customer Solutions Team in a timely manner
Identify key queries from our customers and find solutions to proactively address them
Skills & requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Support or Operations experience within a high-growth startup or relevant FinTech company; or fresh graduate who is willing to overcome a steep learning curve will be considered
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
Ability to work under pressure to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with payment and card business preferred
Proficiency in SQL preferred
