What you will be doing

  • Help build our customer happiness team and processes from the ground up
  • Communicate with our users via social media, email, chat and phone
  • Support users with on-boarding and resolving their issues
  • Set up processes for assembling user feedback and communicating this with our product team
  • Build a strong community of users, online and offline, who love the product and want to share with their friends
  • Help write educational content and FAQ sections


What you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written command of Cantonese and English, Mandarin preferred
  • Proficient skills in MS word, excel & Chinese Word Processing
  • Experience in communicating with customers via email and LiveChat would be preferred
  • Logical, systematic and open-minded when resolving issues
  • Outgoing, friendly and resourceful Ability to work independently
  • Experience working in a startup Willingness to work shifty (5 day working week)


Working hours:

  • Rotating roster between 9am-11pm Monday to Sunday
  • 9 hours per day excluding one hour lunch time, 5-day working week
