What you will be doing
- Help build our customer happiness team and processes from the ground up
- Communicate with our users via social media, email, chat and phone
- Support users with on-boarding and resolving their issues
- Set up processes for assembling user feedback and communicating this with our product team
- Build a strong community of users, online and offline, who love the product and want to share with their friends
- Help write educational content and FAQ sections
What you will need:
- Excellent verbal and written command of Cantonese and English, Mandarin preferred
- Proficient skills in MS word, excel & Chinese Word Processing
- Experience in communicating with customers via email and LiveChat would be preferred
- Logical, systematic and open-minded when resolving issues
- Outgoing, friendly and resourceful Ability to work independently
- Experience working in a startup Willingness to work shifty (5 day working week)
- Rotating roster between 9am-11pm Monday to Sunday
- 9 hours per day excluding one hour lunch time, 5-day working week
