We’re on a journey to transform the way international trade is done, but we can’t do it alone. 


To offer its services, Neat partners with numerous financial institutions and fintech companies. Think of remittance companies to offer international transfers, banks to offer payment instructions and card networks to offer card payments to our customers. 


In order to keep expanding our services and grow our user base, we’re now looking for someone to lead our financial partnerships. 


Responsibilities


  • Build a pipeline of new financial partners (e.g. banks, fintech companies) and close partnership deals

  • Manage the onboarding, rollout and go-to-market with new partners, and coordinate with other teams (e.g. product, legal, marketing)

  • Manage partner accounts after closing a deal - you’ll be managing a small portfolio of large partners 

  • Work closely with the product team to communicate requirements to integrate with various partners

  • Locate new revenue streams and explore new business models


Skills & Requirements


  • Strong network in the financial / fintech industry

  • 5 years experience in business development & strategic partnerships, successfully closed complex partnership deals

  • Good understanding of technology. You can clearly communicate business needs to product team and understand what is possible in terms of integrations

  • Strong general understanding of all areas of banking, finance & fintech. You have knowledge of core banking infrastructure, payments, remittances, trade finance, KYC / AML 

  • Experience with complex contract negotiations

  • Hands-on attitude, excited about the prospect of being involved in all parts of the partnership process

  • Experience working with both large financial institutions and smaller companies

  • Preferred: experience working with international as well as Chinese institutions
