We’re now hiring a marketing & BD leader, who can drive our growth. Neat offers an alternative to a corporate bank account, supporting entrepreneurs wherever they go. Our mission is to Enable the Entrepreneur Economy, and we are looking for someone who can help us bring more businesses onto our platform.
What You’ll Do:
Responsible for overall user growth in APAC
Set team goals in alignment with company objectives and monitor performance
Oversee and grow our affiliate program and manage affiliate marketing & BD specialists. Implement new ways to recruit affiliates and channel partners at scale.
Strike custom partnership deals & collaborations with large scale and strategic partners (e.g. eCommerce marketplaces, semi-governmental organisations, logistics companies).
Manage and grow the marketing & BD team, currently consisting of PR & content marketing, affiliate marketing & events specialists in Hong Kong
Manage marketing & channel partner budget by analyzing performance of different channels. Decide what (new) channels to test and invest in.
Own field marketing & sponsorship strategy
Identify new market segments and opportunities to grow. Work with relevant teams to be able to seize these opportunities (e.g. new product features)
Ensure our BD & marketing systems meet our growing needs and are used correctly by all team members
What We’re Looking For:
At least 5-7 years of experience in BD and / or marketing in a fast-growing company
At least 2 years of experience in a partnerships focussed role
Experience in both marketing & business development, especially business development through channel partners
You’ve had exposure to all areas of marketing, but are an expert at affiliate marketing, field marketing, and partner marketing
Experience in both B2B & B2C marketing at a fast growing company, preferably a startup
Ideally you’ve had experience selling & marketing to small business owners & entrepreneurs
Experience in managing and growing a multicultural team
Strong analytical skills
Fluent in English. Mandarin & Cantonese preferred but not required
